Ingredients

1/2 c. white sugar (caramelized)
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large Carnation milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pour caramel into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Blend all other ingredients in blender.
Pour over caramel layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in pan of water. Cool. Refrigerate overnight.
Invert and serve.
