Banana Nut Bread(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
3 medium bananas, peeled and mashed
1 pkg. Duncan Hines deluxe yellow cake mix
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Put cream cheese and eggs in small mixer bowl; blend at low speed until smooth.
Add mashed bananas; mix well.
Place half of dry cake mix in large bowl. Add banana mixture and beat until blended.
Add remaining cake mix and nuts; stir until just blended.
Divide batter evenly in pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on racks 20 minutes.
Remove from pans; cool completely on racks.
