Lemon Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped pecans (if desired)
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water; follow box directions.
Let cool.
Add crushed pineapple (not drained).
Add cottage cheese; stir until well mixed.
Sprinkle top with pecans.
Place in icebox until congealed.
Cut in squares.
