Ham And Mac Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked ham
    2 c. peeled and sliced apples
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook
    macaroni\tin
    boiling
    salted water until tender; drain. In saucepan melt 1/4 cup butter; blend in flour, brown sugar, mustard,
    salt and pepper.\tAdd milk all at once; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in cooked macaroni, ham
    and sliced apples.
    Turn mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
