Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen cubed potatoes (Western-style with onion and red peppers)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 sticks butter, melted (melt separately)
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, salt and 1 stick melted butter. Pour into a long casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 400\u00b0. Top with crushed cornflakes and other melted butter. Put back in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
