Mozzarella And Tomato Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes
    8 oz. fresh Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    2 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes and Mozzarella into 1/4-inch slices.
    Alternate tomato and cheese on a plate.
    Drizzle oil and vinegar over tomato and cheese.
    Sprinkle basil and pepper over the top.
    Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
