Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry, cherry or raspberry)
    1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained well
    1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Place cottage cheese in large mixing bowl.
    Mix in dry jello; mix well.
    Stir in pineapple bits.
    Stir in Cool Whip.
    Add marshmallows.
    Cool for 2 hours or it may be eaten immediately. You may also add fresh strawberries, raspberries or mandarin oranges, depending on the choice of jello.
