Health Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large Bermuda onions
    7 to 8 average size green peppers, diced
    5 to 6 average size cucumbers
    2 celery stalks, cut small
    2 lb. carrots, sliced thin
    4 oz. white vinegar
    8 oz. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Mix sugar and vinegar together and pour over sliced vegetables.
    Add 8 ounces Italian dressing to mix.
    Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    Makes about 4 quarts.
