Fried Rabbit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rabbit, cut into serving pieces
1/3 c. flour
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. lard
Preparation

Season flour with salt and pepper.
Heat lard in frying pan until very hot.
Roll rabbit pieces in flour mixture until coated real good.
Fry until brown on all sides.
Cover with water and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
