Sarah'S Mexican Flank Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can red kidney beans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Dredge steak pieces in flour, salt and pepper and brown in oil.
    Remove meat; add onion and cook until golden.
    Add other ingredients and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours on top of stove or in oven. Add more chili powder, if you like a lot.
