Banana Tea Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly; stir in oil and sugar.
    Add bananas and mix well.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture. Stir just until liquid and dry ingredients are combined.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
