Lamb Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lamb*
    2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 egg
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the meat, bread crumbs, parsley, dill, egg, garlic and salt.
    Shape mixture into 4 patties.
    Wrap bacon slice around edge of each patty; secure with wooden picks.
    Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
    Broil for 15 minutes; turn once.
