Polynesian Rice(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. soy sauce
4 c. cooked long grain rice or 2 c. each: cooked wild rice and long grain (do not use Minute rice)
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
Add garlic and almonds; cook until almonds are light brown.
Add the soy sauce and the rice.
Be careful not to salt without tasting as the soy sauce is salty.
