Banana Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines moist deluxe banana supreme cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. Crisco oil or Puritan oil
1 small, ripe banana, mashed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 1/2-inch muffin cups or use paper liners.
Combine cake mix, eggs, water, pecans, oil and mashed banana.
Stir with spoon until well blended.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Keep muffins stored in airtight containers.
