Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. mashed banana
    1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix well. Combine rest of ingredients.
    Fold all ingredients with wooden spoon.
    Pour into two 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans or use 4 small foil loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, 5 minutes or done.
    Test with toothpick.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
