Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. flank steak, cut into strips diagonally
4 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Chinese barbecue sauce
5 Tbsp. thin soy sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Put one piece of steak on wooden skewer until all meat is used.
Pan-fry until done.
