Bourbon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 stick butter (2 Tbsp.)
    pinch of salt
    1/4 c. bourbon
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, egg, butter and salt in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Cool slightly.
    Add bourbon.
