Amish Hot Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round steak
    1 onion
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
    5 crackers
Preparation
    Cover round steak and onion with water and cook 1 hour. Drain.
    Add milk, mustard, salt, pepper and crackers.
    Simmer slowly about 15 minutes, stirring often.
    Serve on hot buns.
