Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fresh apples, coarsely grated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and eggs.
Beat well.
Add oil.
Sift dry ingredients; add to first mixture.
Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Do not underbake or cake will fall.
