Cornmeal Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 to 3 1/2 c. bread flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine 1
    1/2 cups flour and yeast.
    In a pot, heat to 115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0 the milk, margarine, brown sugar and salt. Add to flour and
    yeast. Stir. Add egg.\tBeat for 3 1/2 minutes.
    Add the cornmeal. Beat until combined. Add remainder of flour. Mix well. Turn
    out
    on
    floured surface.
    Knead until smooth and elastic. Grease bowl.
    Let rise until double in size. Turn out on
    floured surface
    again
    and
    divide
    into
    rolls.
    Put on greased pan. Let raise again. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
