Jim'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, sugar and 1 tablespoon water.
    Beat sugar, oil and 1/2 cup warm water.
    Dissolve the ingredients together; stir in flour.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Punch down, then roll out and cut into squares.
    Pat center with butter or oil, then fold over.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
