Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    Parsley
Preparation
    Pare and cut potatoes in quarters or eighths.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag.
    Moisten potatoes and shake, a few at a time, in bag, coating well.
    Melt butter in 9X13 inch pan. Place potatoes in single layer in pan.
    Bake for 1 hour, turning once during baking.
    When brown, sprinkle with parsley.
