Beef-Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut off tops of peppers; remove seeds.
    Cook peppers 5 minutes in boiling water; drain.
    Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet until brown; drain well.
    Stir in tomato sauce and next 3 ingredients.
    Stuff peppers with meat sauce mixture; place in a baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes.
