Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Cover raisins with boiling water.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in blended sugar and flour.
    Cook over low heat.
    Stir in nuts, lemon peel and juice.
    Pour into pastry shell and use top pastry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
