Chicken Roger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    salt and pepper
    2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Put rice and other ingredients in baking dish; lay chicken on top.
    Pour liquid over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Watch that it does not get dry.
    Add more juice.
