Peach Pie Filling(Peelings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. peach peelings
    2 c. vinegar (apple)
    6 to 8 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peelings may be stored in freezer until you have enough to make the filling.
    Chill and make pies or dig from frozen stage. The vinegar will not allow the mix to harden.
