Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten well
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 or 2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. milk
    1 or 2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz or Hi-Ho, just enough cracker crumbs to make mixture bond together)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour mixture into a well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
