Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together the flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Add eggs, oil, pecans, vanilla and apples.
Stir well with spoon.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until inserted knife comes out clean.
