Beef-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 onion
    salt and pepper
    cabbage (shredded)
    1 c. tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, pepper and onion; drain.
    In casserole dish, layer cabbage and beef mixture.
    Mix soup and water.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
