Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Mix in syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt. Add nuts.
Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Filling should be slightly unset in the center than around edge.
