Mother'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    2 c. regular rice
    sugar to taste
    raisins to taste
    milk to taste
    cinnamon to taste
    1 1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 lb. soft cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
    3 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. orange liqueur or Grand Marnier
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    approximately 1 c. fresh strawberries
    1 tsp. orange peel
Preparation
    Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the butter and 3 tablespoons of the sugar, working it together with your fingers until it is all well blended.
    Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom of
    a 10-inch spring-form cake pan, using a potato masher to make a flat crust.
