California Walking Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seedless grapes, pulled from stems
    1 red apple, cored and cubed
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
    1 head iceberg lettuce, cored, rinsed, drained and chilled
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix grapes, apple, raisins and peanuts.
    Carefully remove lettuce leaves from head, one at a time.
    Put 1/2 cup of fruit-nut mixture in each lettuce cup.
    Serve out of hand.
    Makes 6 to 8 salads.
