Crunchy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1/3 c. cold water
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix milk and water in a bowl until smooth.
    Add potatoes, onion, egg, salt and cayenne pepper and beat until light and fluffy.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix the corn flakes, cheese and margarine and spread over potato mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
