Steak And Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium Minute steaks
1 box Uncle Ben's beef flavored rice
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 Tbsp. Wesson oil

Preparation

Fry steaks until almost done in Wesson oil.
Drain.
In long pan, place steaks on one end.
Pour box of rice on other end.
Add 1 1/2 cups water.
Sprinkle gravy mix on top.
Cook at 400\u00b0 until rice is done.
Serve as a one dish meal.
