Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popcorn
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo syrup
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pop corn to measure 6 quarts.
    Boil all other ingredients except soda for 5 minutes.
    Add soda and whip.
    Pour over corn. Mix well.
    Bake in dishpan for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
