Cheese Salad Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Colby cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. drained sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh onion or 1 tsp. instant chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. drained chopped pimento
    3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
Preparation
    In a 1-quart bowl, combine all ingredients; stir gently to mix.
    Cover; chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours so flavors blend.
    Spread on bread or crackers or use to stuff quartered tomatoes.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups salad spread.
