Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 stick margarine
    3 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 cans mushrooms (with liquid)
    3 c. beef broth or 3 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in hot water
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine in a large skillet. Add rice and cook until rice turns golden. Add other ingredients quickly.
    Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
