Squash Pecan Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash, cooked
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
salt to taste
buttered cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix all ingredients except nuts and cracker crumbs. Pour into large buttered casserole dish. Top with nuts and cracker crumbs. Bake 20 minutes.
