Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. cold milk
    4 c. firm fresh peach slices
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    To make crust, sift first 3 ingredients together.
    Combine oil and milk; blend well.
    Add to flour mixture and mix well.
    Remove 2/3 cup mixture and set aside.
    Press remainder on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
    Toss together peaches, 1 cup sugar and cinnamon; turn into crust.
    To reserved 2/3 cup flour mixture, add brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Mix well.
    Crumble this topping over peach filling.
    Bake at 425\u00b0
    for 15 to 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0
    and bake until filling is bubbly in center and topping is golden.
