Frozen Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pared and thin sliced cucumbers
    2 c. thin sliced onions
    1/2 c. white vinegar (no other kind)
    1 tsp. dill weed
    4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers, onion, salt and water.
    Let stand in glass or\tenamelware
    bowl
    for
    2 hours.
    Drain well, do not rinse; return to bowl.
    Add sugar, vinegar and dill weed.\tLet stand, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover bowl while cucumbers are standing.
    Put in containers and freeze.
