Spinach Ricotta Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1 large tomato, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust
Preparation
    Spread Ricotta cheese on crust, then layer the rest of ingredients over crust, ending with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 6 servings.
