Luscious Butterscotch Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yams, cooked, peeled and quartered
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. heavy cream or half and half
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash, peel and cook yams.
    Place quartered yams in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven.
