Grandmom'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Soak raisins in water until softened.
    In a casserole dish, beat milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg at high speed for 2 minutes until foamy.
    Add in rice and raisins.
    Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg on top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
