Apple Cake(Baldwin Or Courtland Apples) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 Tbsp. sugar
8 or 9 apples, sliced
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice

Preparation

Mix the 5 tablespoons of sugar with the cinnamon.
Set aside. Mix 1 3/4 cups sugar with the oil, eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour and baking powder; add this to egg mixture along with orange juice.
Beat about 400 strokes.
