Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 3 qt. broth from turkey or chicken
1 large pan corn bread
several pieces loaf bread or cold biscuits
1 large onion
4 eggs
1 c. celery (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sage
Preparation

Add corn bread to broth.
Add onion, eggs, sage, salt and pepper.
Mash very fine and dissolve all bread (use the loaf bread or biscuits to thin or thicken mixture as needed).
Bake until mixture sets at 400\u00b0.
