Pork Chops With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt to taste
    6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Fry pork chops until brown on each side.
    Season to taste. Put into buttered baking dish.
    Top each with apple slices. Sprinkle brown sugar over apples.
