Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can drained mushrooms or fresh
    3/4 c. Burgundy
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    Kitchen Bouquet (to suit darkness)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    (No need to brown meat beforehand.)
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
