Baked Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
5 hard-cooked egg yolks, mashed
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; add 5 hard cooked egg whites (diced). Pour into a shallow baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yield:
6 servings.
