Chicken Escabeche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tsp. chili sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
6 to 8 chicken breasts
2 c. sliced onion, separated into rings
1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Combine broth, lime juice, chili sauce and Worcestershire and mustard.
Add chicken and onion, turning to coat with liquid. Drain chicken and onion well.
