Amish Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. plus little shortening
1/3 c. ice cold water
1 cold egg
Preparation

Cut shortening into first 3 ingredients, set aside.
Mix last 2 ingredients well and add to flour mixture.
If this seems too wet to work with, refrigerate until stiff.
Makes 3 small or 2 large shells.
